Did you graduate from Harrington High School?  For all things alumni, including the Alumni Continuing Education Scholarship, Fall Festival Events and meetings please contact the Alumni Association. 

The Harrington chapter of Future Farmers of America is an important part of our school and our community. They connect our current students to experiences in agriculture, animals and hands-on learning. 



For alumni of Harrington’s rich tradition of FFA programs aimed at supporting local students currently involved in FFA. 


The Harrington Parent Teacher Association works to support Harrington Schools, and promote events throughout our community to benefit our kids. New members are always welcome. Meetings are monthly at the school.

Harrington Lions Club

The Harrington Lions club is a long-standing service organization providing civic support to citizens and the community of Harrington as a whole. Our mission is to serve the community of Harrington through service projects, donations, scholarships, activities, municipal decoration, and financial assistance for eye care. We give thousands of dollars back to our community each and every year, and we have fun doing it!

Community Groups

The Harrington Food Bank is committed to helping those in need in Lincoln County. Are you experiencing food insecurity? Or maybe you would be willing to donate or volunteer your time. 

Open on Saturdays, from 11:00-12:00 at 204 North 3rd Street at Harrington Church of the Nazarene.



   

On Nov. 12, 2009, The Harrington City Council approved an ordinance to establish a Harrington Certified Local Government and a 7 member Harrington Historic Preservation Commission (HHPC) as an advisory board. The purpose of the Commission is to provide for the identification, evaluation, and protection of historic resources; raise community awareness; and serve as the city’s primary resource in matters of history, historic planning, and preservation.



Harrington Homemakers is a non profit organization of women who organize events and fundraising for the community of Harrington. Meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (September-June) at 7 pm in the Catholic Church basement.


   

The Harrington Opera House Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and preservation of the Harrington Opera House for the purpose of providing and promoting cultural opportunities which will enhance community and economic development and which will also promote the cultural heritage of Harrington and the surrounding areas. Monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of each month in the Art Room (303 W. Willis) at 7:00pm.




The Harrington Public Development Authority is dedicated to helping our community grow by creating sustainable development opportunities in order to grow jobs and improve the quality of life for our families and residents.

The City of Harrington formed their PDA “…to undertake, assist with and otherwise facilitate the acquisition, construction, development, equipping, leasing, operation and maintenance of public benefit projects within or without the City of Harrington, Lincoln County, Washington.”

Meetings are quarterly, new members always welcome.


A group of local citizens work with and promote the Philanthropic Education Organization. They meet monthly and support local fundraising events, volunteer opportunities and various projects within the Harrington community.
